1. Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy
Rating: 4.0 (23 reviews)
“This CVS is clean and looks new. They usually have the items I’m looking for in stock as well. The problems start when attempting to check out. The lines are SO LONG. Every time I shop at this Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, there is at least a 10-20 min wait at checkout… reasons for this include. 1. The employees constantly having to multitask and leave the checkout counter to help other customers even while there is a large line 2. The inability to use Apple Pay 3. The new slow chip reader system 4. Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy having their own members cards that I need to scan or input my phone number for. 5. Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy app again hates apple, so apple wallet Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy is out of the question. 6. Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy app is VERY slow. 7. They always seem understaffed. The prices at this Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy are also inflated compared to Walgreens and Walmart. This is probably because of the primo location. That’s why I can’t ever get my self to buy the brand names I want, so I always buy the Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy generics. If it isn’t medication, it’s usually never as good as the original. Last but not least is the store hours…. really?… they get the downtown location, and they decide not to be 24/7… is their overhead really that bad??? I mean jeez they are understaffed as is and it’s obvious they are cutting overhead costs to make money… what kind of loans or rent are they trying to pay!!? So! Should u shop here? If u live downtown, yea. If u don’t, and u have other close options, go somewhere else your money and time will be better spent. “
“The place for excellent service. Been going there for years, nothing but the best people. Always a smile.”
2. AHF Pharmacy
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
“Friendly staff, who are knowledgeable, quick, and kind. Have no problems answering questions about medications. “
“It’s great that AHF Pharmacy delivers too! So much better for the elderly and disabled who have issues with transportation. But, I often have to wait for my prescription to be fully filled due to ordering issues.”
3. ViaQX Pharmacy
Rating: 4.1 (16 reviews)
“Erin, Sabrina, and all the staff at ViaQX Pharmacy are incredibly helpful and always so very nice. They go out of their way to make it easy for me! Awesome customer service!”
“The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond! They are awesome in responding to questions and assisting their patients. I am thrilled that I changed all of my prescriptions from another pharmacy!”
4. High Street Pharmacy
Rating: 4.2 (15 reviews)
“I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone (real person ). The answering machine asks, do you want a refill? Answer “yes” answer machine; we cannot do a refill at this time. Well …. why not? You can’t get an answer to this. Go to customer service “finally” to someone real, ( answer ) your prescription has expired we will call the doctor. I call the doctor, “We cannot get through” “The doctor says we have to wait on the phone for greater than 15 min” This means they are understaffed or poorly managed? The other thing is the automated prescription has been filled “Which prescription?” and waiting. In the meantime, you no longer need that prescription, but your getting an alert that the prescription is ready. You walk up to the counter, and if you don’t check what is in the bag, you might end up with something you don’t need. This has happened twice to me.”
“High Street Pharmacy is very slow, and they are rude and expensive if you have no insurance.”
