AboutMISTURA

We specialize in Peruvian fusion cuisine, varied in the flavors and colors of the native culture and influenced by the Japanese, Chinese, Italian and Spanish people living in Peru.

Chef Luna learned at an early age in his grandmother’s kitchen where he discovered and tasted the delicious flavors, Los sabores del Peru.

Offering both on- and off-site catering, there’s no event too small or large that doesn’t deserve a dash of authentic Peruvian flavor.
